Resident evil 3 , it is worth it in 2025?

 Honestly, after finishing Resident Evil 3 Remake, I walked away impressed but not blown away—so I’m giving it an 8/10. Here’s Why :

Gameplay

The action’s fast and tense. Dodging Nemesis or a pack of zombies keeps you on your toes, and the new dodge-roll/slide mechanics add a slick, almost parkour‑lite layer to battles. it all was good but not the best.

Graphics 

the ruined streets of Raccoon City look phenomenal—wet asphalt reflecting neon lights, peeling paint, debris scattered everywhere , Also the Lights and darks in this game is ahh bro This is Absolutely beautiful 

Story and atmosphere 

You’re racing against the clock to escape a collapsing city while Nemesis hunts you relentlessly. The pacing rarely lets up, and the cutscenes flesh out Jill’s determination and her bonds with Carlos and Brad.

New story beats (Umbrella’s dirty secrets, more of Nemesis’s rampage) deepen the lore without feeling shoehorned. It still hits that classic “helpless survivor” vibe the series does so well.

Huge note !

The events were before Resident evil 2 at the beginning but after this it is after resident evil 2

Sound design & Music 

Footsteps echo in empty hallways, zombies groan just out of sight,  this makes you feel uncomfortable bro .

The background music in wction moments gived me a huge adrenaline Effect bro .

Challenge and replayability 

Difficulty scales nicely: veteran players will hunt every bullet, while newcomers can lean on crafting upgrades.

Beyond the main story (roughly 6–7 hours for most), the “Mercenaries” mode and hidden files encourage multiple runs. Collectibles and unlockable secrets add a few extra hours.

Th bad things About the game

It can feel a bit short if you race through the story.

Some levels overlap with Resident Evil 2 Remake, so if you’re craving entirely new locations, there are familiar corridors.

And they deleted some content of the original that will be nice if they added it .

Conclusion 

All in all, Resident Evil 3 Remake nails the mix of survival horror and action—delivering polished visuals, slick controls, and enough story tweaks to make it its own thing. It fell just shy of perfection for me,

 but it’s absolutely worth your time. 8/10.
